We lived at one club for 8 months, it was super easy and very comfortable. All the amenities are very clean and luxurious. The apartment its self was a 3bed 3 bath, which was perfect. The floor plan was super spacious and there was plenty of storage space. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, all of our maintenance calls were handled in a professional way and fixed in a timely manner. Our leasing agent Carly Day was fantastic. She helped us navigate many situations and get exactly what information we needed numerous times. The communication was on point. She really went above and beyond multiple times. also when we recommended a friend to one club, she made sure we were compensated for that! We very much enjoyed our experience and we are sad to go.
Feels like living in a resort community and not an apartment complex. Thereās always something going on if thatās what youāre in to, but we enjoy how laid back and peaceful it is as well.
The golf course is an AMAZING feature that is well staffed.

Living in Baldwin County has been a struggle as most rental properties are insanely expensive and promise a comfortable atmosphere. However, that has never been accurate with anywhere that I have lived. One Club in Gulf Shores has changed that stigma for me! They provide superior customer service and will bend over backwards to try to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. Donāt get me wrong, while inside your apartment, you feel at home and cozy, but when you open your door and see all the beautiful ponds surrounded by palm trees, I feel like I am on vacation. #Paradise This property is top of the line and deserves 5 stars! There are A TON of AMAZING amenities, and the office is always hosting some kind of event, whether itās a pool party with a live DJ, karaoke in the bar, bingo, pet adoption days with activities for the kids, or even walking/running for charity! This place is so much more than just 4 walls; this place is a utopia, and I am SOOO glad that I moved here. Did I mention that itās a $0 deposit community too? It was hard to even find a place because companies make it so challenging just to provide down payments and all those crazy deposits, especially when you donāt come from wealth. Thank you, One Club, for being my number one choice! You have made my stay in Baldwin County way more enjoyable!
I recently moved here and have yet to unpack. The roaches are horrible and management only gives lip service to it. It took me a month to get the cigarette smell out from the previous tenant and two weeks to get them to provide a new clean toilet seat. Itās beautiful here. Amenities are nice. But lipstick on a pig. Stay away or be advised.
I lived at this property for 10 months. The entire time I stayed here, the leasing office and maintenance crew were outstanding. If there was any maintenance requests, it was handled very quickly and professionally. If I ever had any questions regarding the apartment or mailbox, the individuals in the leasing office were always quick and happy to help. I would like to give a special shoutout to Karli in the leasing office, as I felt she always went above and beyond from the day I moved in to the day I moved out.
