1. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I first need to give a huge shout out to the doorman Justin. He was an absolute gentleman and the epitome of great customer service this evening. It’s not Justin though, the entire staff has been this way both of the times I’ve stayed here on business recently. 1st class staff and service top to bottom. For the price and location I’m not sure how you could do better. The hotel does have a nostalgic feel in its design but it’s so well kept it doesn’t feel aged at all. I know at some point they’ll probably remodel this place but if they keep it up the way they have they won’t need to for a long time. I’ve had coworkers book hotels with a more modern design and they all complain about the experiences they have there. I literally gave my coworkers a mini tour of the Omni tonight b/c I’m that happy with my experiences, Justin of course was our tour guide. The rooms are spacious and very clean each time I’ve stayed. The house keeping crew goes above and beyond, not only cleaning extremely well but thoughtfully organizing my items that is so welcoming and not at all intrusive. They really nail the perfect balance of service but respectful privacy. I’ve walked to and from my office on Spear st every time I’ve stayed and the surrounding area has always been extremely inviting and safe feeling. Gym isn’t huge but it’s very well equipped and extremely clean. I have to end with the fact that the staff just puts this place over the top, I hope it never changes.

2. Literally one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced; exceptional service, location, and vibes! Major props to the front desk who snagged me a room on the top floor with a view of the water, as well as the amazing doormen upfront. Next time I’m in SF, I’m absolutely coming back. Thanks yall!

3. Very expensive, but wow.
   I had a perfect stay. The room was super comfy, the gym is very good, and the breakfast was incredible ($57 total bill). Thanks to the owners and staff for creating such a great place to stay.

4. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Omni San Francisco team for making my stay truly exceptional. The property is impeccably maintained and offers all the amenities a traveler could desire. Its prime location in the Financial District makes it incredibly convenient, with everything you need within walking distance.
   What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I was particularly impressed by Frost and Darryl, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and genuine care made me feel not just welcomed, but truly at home.
   As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I was initially skeptical about staying at a different hotel. However, this experience has completely changed my perspective.

5. Pros:
   1. Service: The service at this hotel was great! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.
   2. Beds: The mattress was very comfortable.

   Cons:
   1. Unpleasant scent: The lobby and other common areas reeked of ant/roach spray to me. It was a very strong and unpleasant scent for what’s supposed to be a nice hotel.
   2. Pillows: The default pillows were terrible. They were the kind that appeared nice and thick but as soon as you put your head on it the feathers spread to the edges and your head falls flat and gets no support. Luckily they provided some better foam pillows when I called housekeeping.
   3. Room Service: While the service was fast and the meal was good, I did not appreciate not knowing about the $7 delivery fee. By the time I paid that, taxes and tip, my “$23” chicken sandwich was $43…ridiculous.
