1. There aren’t many places that you’re able to only travel a few hours and feel like you’re in a different state completely. I’ve been bringing the family here for years and we love it. The omni has just about everything you need to not have to leave the property at all if you don’t want to. However, if you do there is a shopping center walking distance away with good stops. The staff all seem very well trained with customer service and are so kind and willing to help. Between the good food, nice pools, clean grounds, well kept rooms and friendly staff, we are lifer’s..

2. I will start looking for other places for our yearly family get away.

   My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. It’s been our once a year get away. I’ve recommended this place to others. This year, I was a bit disappointed at check-in, pool area, pools and cleanliness of patios.

   My reservation was for pool side, down unit. Front rep finished my check-in and assigned me to an upstairs unit. She was new, and I was being really patient, but the details about my reservations were overlooked, so glad the manager got involved.

   Pool near the lazy river was really dirty. It was pretty gross actually. Food stays at tables and chairs for hours. There are no lifeguards or anyone keeping control of what goes on at the pools. Playing catch from one end of the pool to another should not be allowed. People get hit, children get hit in the face. Can’t even relax because you need to keep alert for the balls. But again, no staff around to control this issue.

   Patio area lighting was dirty. Webbing is obviously not taken care. Sadly I will start looking for other places to consider for our next get away. We pay too much money to stay here. It’s overcrowded! This resort allows people in with a day pass which over crowds the place and makes it unfair for those paying thousands of dollars to stay and not enjoy the place like we should.

3. Wonderful place for family especially with kids. The lazy river and water fun are so much fun! They have pool side activities for kids ever. The location is very convenient, movie theater, escape rooms and bunch of good restaurants just across the street. We came back every year.

4. Great resort for a family. Check in was fast and easy. I had a stroller and our room turned out to be on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The person helping me check in made sure I was on the 1st floor. Friendly staff, plenty of seating. My kids loved the lazy river and water slide. Great weekend getaway. Definitely check them out!

5. I just booked a room for my daughter’s first experience at a professional convention. As a mom I had some concerns and I spoke with the manager Jasmine Deleon. She was amazing! She understood my concerns and put them all at rest. Jasmine, thank you so much for being totally, “here for it!”. You make managing a huge resort look easy! Hey Omni!! Give that woman a raise!!
