Beautiful hotel, clean, staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was warm, not huge but was sufficient for the space available and was in the sun mid morning to early afternoon. Food in the restaurant was lovely. They had a couple of vegetarian options. The hotel vehicle service in the 3 mile radius was most useful. It was a nice chilled hotel. Would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
My stay at this hotel was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was a little small, but the water pressure was fantastic. The full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower was a great addition plus they smelled like tangerines. The staff that I spoke with were great. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of LA and is close to everything. I stayed at this hotel one time for a concert in the area due to proximity.
I have now been back to the hotel twice because Tyler at the front desk is BEYOND AMAZING! He has recommended food and fun things to do in the area and is so welcoming and is accommodating as can be, I will be booking again in weeks because of Tyler.
With that being said, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I haven’t had any problems with comfort or noise during any of my stays here.
Everyone from the valet to housekeeping is very respectful and willing to help in any way they can.
If you’re in the area for business or vacation, this is a hotel worth checking out
Very good hotel and worth the extra money. The facilities and rooms were nicely maintained and clean. The location is pretty convenient and within walking distance of must see attractions like Grand Central Market. I would say that my room didn’t come with a microwave, so that had to be delivered upon request. But apart from that, very comfortable stay and would rebook again!
All time favorite. Love the consistency of the rooms [corner king, high floor]. Rare if ever that i have any issues. I have been coming here for 14 years and the place remains a favorite. Front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming. Love the Noe Bar. Most of the staff are warm and charming. Good food, Angel City IPA and the Piano Man. Winner, winner, winner! Hint: to me, the veiws are all good so I would not pay more for street vs plaza….that said, love this place.
