Donât go to this Old Navy! I went here today. The sales girl was Rude!!!! I asked what the price was on an item that had no price tag? She ignored my request and charged me whatever price it was, without telling me the price. I paid with a tap which is supposed to be a form of a contact less payment. She tells me it didnât work, she tells me she needs to ring me up on the other register all over again! So I go with it, let her ring me up again and do the tap again it goes green like it did before on the previous register. She calls someone else and they tell me I need to do my pin? Or use the chip, the payment was already Approved. So I do it and tell her I hope I donât get charged Twice? Finally I went through,Then I looked at my receipt, and I was charged $19.99 for a Tshirt. So I said I wanted to check the price on the other T-shirts on the rack.
It was $19.99 a bit expensive, but I said ok & Thank You. I looked in the Bag & All of the clothes I bought were thrown in the bag &. It Folded At All!
I mentioned on the way out it wouldâve been Nice if Someone Folded the Clothes & Not Thrown then in the Bag. I wonât be back to Old Navy!
My first time there. Itâs a nice store. Lots and lots of choices in casual clothes. Many sale discounts and large clearance sections. I didnât have to ask for help but wasnât asked by a sales person either. The prices are reasonable. Recommend
Never really been a big shopper here but went in on a whim and caught some cute things on sale and loved them and have been back and caught more cute things on sale. If I can catch sales like this all the time I will keep going back
Clean & well organized store. Made it easier to locate the areas you need to shop in. They carry a lil bit of everything for everyone. Prices seemed high for correctly sized jeans. I did find a cute pair of sandals & socks here. The prices they advertise, I never seem to catch. Hope you find yours tho. Not my favorite store.
Please go to another store! Madison Old Navy is much more professional and understanding. The manager Pam would not issue me a refund for an item that they said I picked up, but I did not. When I asked to speak to the Regional Manager I was told by Pam it would be pointless, because the RM doesnât get things done! Crazy to me seeing as Pam didnât even issue me a refund for an item that the store said I picked up, yet did not. She was very unprofessional from the beginning of our conversation. Itâs sad really that she works in customer service. If you donât know how to properly communicate with customers in a kind, understanding and professional manner, then go work somewhere else plain and simple!
