1. For me getting any repairs done on my vehicles or purchasing tires has never been a pleasant experience. So when I realized that I needed new tires and I needed them pretty quick, and I had a very narrow budget to work in, I started calling tire shops in my area and it was looking rather grim. I simply could not afford the prices they were quoting me. Due to some serious health issues concerning my daughter money is really tight for our family right not and so is our schedule. So I called Terry at OK TIRES here in Rainbow City Alabama and explained my situation. She heard my desperation and was not only able to help but she beat everyone else’s price by over $100. She provided me with extremely affordable and fast service and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her compassionate customer service. Teri, thank you so much for getting me and my kid safely back on the road. When you’re on your way to meet with a neurosurgeon for your daughter nothing can stand in the way of that appointment. Teri and her team made sure that we were in and out and back on the road safely and for that I am so grateful.

2. Had our first experience using OK Tire Service today. They were fantastic. The whole experience was top notch. They got my car taken care of quickly and was very fairly priced. The staff was very courteous. I’ve taken this car to the dealer in Birmingham in the past, but will use OK Tire from now on. Thank you.

3. BEST PLACE IN TOWN FOR TIRES & EVERYTHING ELSE ! Teri & Jerry are FANTASTIC! They CARE DEEPLY about their customers! They don’t just sell you a product THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY ! ! THEY ARE VERY HONEST, Affordable, KNOW THEIR BUSINESS! I made the MISTAKE of going a few other cheaper places, BECAUSE of money problems, NEVER AGAIN ! YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET ! Will SAVE my money to go back EVERY TIME TO OK TIRES, EVERY TIME ! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR US , Teri & Jerry YOU WERE A GOD SENT . GOD BLESS YOU , Richard & Louise

4. Owner has no idea what they are talking about just there for a paycheck. I’d recommend talking to an actual tech. I worked in the automotive industry for a bit and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had gotten a set of tires for my vehicle a couple years ago and I was having unusual wear on them they said oh the alignments fine and this and that. I even had the owner say that my tire wear is normal but then say it wasn’t normal like cmon. tires don’t wear out after 20k miles when they have a 40k mile warrenty and I changed the tires out and have not had an issue since. I also got conned out of a lower control arm. They said it was about to fall off so I got it changed but when I got to my job and was doing some other work on my vehicle had the mechanic say that all my ball joints are fine. and that was 10k miles ago
