Dr Ogles is a great Dr who wants to help ppl. But he hires the most rude and always in a bad mood receptionists. And this was a reoccurring thing I experienced. I would call in for an appointment. And I would be told I could come in the next day. But when I showed up the lady up front would tell me I needed to not just make appointments for the next day. I would try to explain to her that I just called in to get an appointments and somebody there picked the next day, not me. But she would still repeat herself in her “I hate my job” moods she had apparently every day. And a few of the receptionists there had a thing about talking to patients like they was children. I finally got tired of it and stopped using Dr Ogles. But other then that his alway Professional.
This post is in reference to my wife which she’s going to be doing a post as well her name is Paula Yates and I’m gonna tell you something this doctor has gone way beyond the call of duty for her he has been her doctor for a little over 10 years now and I see such an amazing difference in where she was 10 years ago in her life to where she’s at today the staff is absolutely amazing you’re missing out on not only a great doctor but a God fearing doctor if you don’t go visit Dr. Alan Ogles for yourself.
