This review is from a former customer of Staples. For twenty years I have used Staples for all of my printing and various purchases of computers and supplies. I am opening up my own business in 2025, and recently I was unable to complete basic copying on the Staples equipment, which was not the first time over the past year or so. The technicians seem distracted and overworked whenever I had questions on basic stuff. To the point: I visited Office Depot yesterday morning, and Sales Manager Gary Wallace and Store Manager Jamie treated me as the most important customer in the world. This copying and laminated project was a $50.00 project, and when I left I realized that if a $50.00 project was treated as important by Office Depot, and Staples is no longer able to assist in a small $5.00 project, then maybe it’s time to move forward with Office Depot. I came in at 530 to fax important documents and was waiting for a customer to be done. I got up there and the fat half bold manager told the worker it’s going to take to long so I can’t fax them today. I was there for a half hour. I could have got them don’t if he had just brought his fat lazy @zz over to help , but instead he just stood there waiting to tell me no. He’s a miserable person so he must make everyone around him miserable. He did this on purpose
It’s always a pleasure coming in and picking up supplies for work. I’m always greeted by associates and asked if I need help. The signage makes it easy to find what you are looking for even when they move stuff around for the season.
Bad customer service don’t take time to help you in printing make it seem customer has to figure out how to use a printer don’t want to print out document even when only one in printer is working bad service going think about to come again or recommend this store ?👎
Office Depot in Visalia has the worst customer service …I dealt with the manager there and definitely does not go the extra mile to help …..customer service is what it is all about ….makes you want to return to the store…never take my business back there again
