All the Nugget Markets are wonderful. This one is no exception. I love to do my grocery shopping in Nugget. I usually go to the one in Elk Grove. I am in the area today, and I want to purchase some salads for my lunch tomorrow. This Nugget Markets is a perfect choice.
The store looks as good as the one in Elk Grove. It is spotless, and I love the store layout. And the bakery department in Nugget is always my favorite!
We recently ordered a half sheet cake for an event. First thing I noticed was the writing was small and off center and barely readable. Once the cake was cut. We realize that the filling ran from a half inch to a quarter inch below the top of the cake nowhere near center. Also, it look like they had added a layer of cake to the bottom to get it to be level. all in all It was a pretty lousy cake for $100. I wish I had gone my first instinct and gone to Costco. might not been that great, but at least it would’ve been priced appropriately for what it was.
Peabody Winkstickler once told me about a grocery store deli that was so good at their craft the local police department had to close them down because they created traffic jams and gridlock at every intersection in their area with people trying to get there. He’d walk there every day for lunch, but he’d phone his order in the night before and ask them to leave it in the produce dept. the next day at 11:30
I believe the grocery store he was talking about is this very same Nugget Market! My sandwiches were Amazing! But don’t tell anyone because we don’t want history to repeat itself. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Great stores tho a bit pricey. Had a excellent self serve salad & soup bar! Large selection to choose from! Also have a self serve hot food bar..again..great selection!
Stopped to get something sweet. Love the bakery here! Great customer service. Having gluten free options for my daughter is greatly appreciated as most places don’t. Keep up the good work!!! 👍❤️🍰
