  1. Moving into North Creek was great! I have a cute little duplex-like two bedroom apartment and I’m excited to be here; it feels comfy and homey. There were a few cracks/needs for repair and the office has been quick to respond and put in work orders which I am thankful for. So far, so good!

  2. Moved in about 5 years ago, and at the time it was a great place to live. It was extremely quiet, felt safe, and everybody was pretty friendly. The only negative at that time was that there is absolutely no parking for guests, or for a second vehicle. Had one issue during christmas of 2020 with the water heater, but the owner and management made it right. As the years went by, things got drastically worse. The old staff that was there were moved and replaced with not the friendliest staff (except maintenance, they are great!) Parking got increasingly impossible, and the crime has sky rocketed! Vagrants walking around looking into people’s cars and apartments, car break ins, and catalytic converter thefts. North Creek apartments, more like the North Creek Projects. Security here is a joke, they drive through once a night just to lock up the laundry rooms and to make sure the office is closed, and then they leave. It’s unfortunate that this place has gone downhill, it has a great location but the rent now is absolutely ridiculous for what you actually get. I unfortunately would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

  3. If you move in here you will receive a message DAILY that your neighbors have a missing package. Obviously that’s something to do with the delivery service, they should be contacted. Also this apartment is catered to people of non color with animals!!

This apartment is HUGE and with over 200 units and you mean to tell me there isn’t a playground for the kids. But there is a dog park that’s wasting up space !! The gym bike hasn’t work for years, and all the equipment needs to get updated. They don’t have any cleaning supplies to wipe down the machines so you’re just sitting in other peoples sweat!!

If you have neighbors with dogs, they will literally let the dogs use the bathroom right in front of your window. Literally right on your grass, what if I had kids and they wanted to play right there !! There has also been poop on the concrete by my car.

Office staff are ok. Kind of rude and they seem like they’re bothered when you call them, I mean it’s your job to answer the phone.

The only good thing about these apartments are the taco truck that they call weekly and the pools.

They need to repaint the whole apartment complex And make it more kid friendly. Build a playground and swing set !!

  4. Grounds are kept clean and units are well maintained. Older units are in need of remodeling, but for the cost they are well worth it. Great location, with regards to shopping, and quiet from road noise except for the late evening street racers.
Most tenants have pets and there are a lot of dogs on the grounds with the occasional persistent barking.
Office staff handles issues quickly and keeps the tenants well informed with weekly texts and updates as necessary.
I occupied a unit for 21 months and had zero issues with the management. The maintenance personnel are very responsive and proactive.and stay on top of issues within the complex.
The tenant portal allows for a very efficient means of communicating any maintenance problems, contacting the front office and allows for rent payments without charging a fee if paying from a checking account.
With that being said, be sure to understand the expenses incurred upon move out in order to refit the unit and don’t expect a full refund of the move in deposit. Based on rental duration, there are painting fees, sanitation expenses, carpet cleaning and labor which the tenant will be required to cover to include any damages not considered fair wear and tear. This seems to be standard practice for renting housing in this state.

  5. I would recommend this place! It is quiet and very well maintained. The couple times I placed a work order it was completed within 24 hours. The maintenance staff are professional. The renewal rate was extremely fair. The best apartment complex I have lived at!
