awful customer service. on hold for 10 mins, when they picked up to ask what was needed they hung up after telling them what we were calling for. called back again, placed on hold. called back to tell them they have terrible customer service and they hung up THEN they called the number back and hung up when i answered. would love to have talked to someone about it instead of post a review but that didnât work.
We had a very pleasant visit. The staff was kind and I appreciate the doctorâs insight and willingness to listen.
if i could give them 0 star i would. I donât know who is responsible for answering the phone but i called about 15 times trying to schedule an appointment for my mother. at some point they just hang up on me after having me on hold on for 15 minutes. what kind of establishment is that
Great doctors I have been going there for years.
The staff is terrible!!! Terrible terrible!!! They take forever to fill out paperwork!!! Then will get an attitude if u go up there and ask about it weeks later. I will be transferring very soon.
