1. This place is awful. Staff charged me a late fee for 15 minutes because I couldn’t find the location. It was incorrect on Google and their remote Indian phone attendant doesn’t know where the location was either. He directed me to the front door.

   The front door is damaged and not available for public use. They require us to enter an unmarked side entrance. None of this was ever discussed with me before the appointment.

   The staff demanded we were N95 masks the entire time we waited despite refusing to wear one themselves.

   They also refused to accept my second health insurance plan that covers my copay. Instead I had to pay out of pocket and file my own reimbursement because they are too lazy to do it.

   Update: after two hours of waiting for the doctor with no news from the nurse we left. I blocked the payment on my credit card and refuse to ever go back.

2. Is there a wait to see the doctor? Yes a bit of one but I have yet to go to a doctor’s office without a wait. Let me tell you that it is WORTH the wait! I have never been disappointed in treatment nor was I ever treated unprofessionally in any manner from any of the staff! Dr. Burrell has always been a great listener and she trusts me to give her feedback. I have been seeing Dr. Burrell for many years and some days the wait is longer than others: there are a lot of sick folks seasonally. Give it a chance – you won’t be disappointed in the treatment you receive.

3. By far the worst medical experience of my life–and I am military and have been to some really unpleasant places for medical care.

   The facility is filthy

   Staff is rude and talks about the patients in the hallway (seriously)

   Wait time to get called back is 45 minutes t o an hour and you sit in that exam room for another 30-40 minutes just to see the dr for 5 minutes.

   I’ve been there twice–trying to see if the first day was a fluke and it was worse. I decided to cut my losses and never look back. I feel I have to warn others. Do not go to this clinic. You’re better off at the hospital. This facility is disgusting and the staff is very unprofessional. I will be reporting this facility to the BBB, where maybe they can arrange some sort of training for these individuals on handling patients and remind them that medicine is the “caring” field.

4. Dr. Ligon is terrific. Knowledgeable, informative, and professional. I immediately felt confident that I was receiving the utmost in expert medical care. The staff is great also, every time I am there I walk away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommended.
