My son got me few hats for my birthday but it was too big for me I never removed the tags and it has all tags attached to it brand new , I took it to this store that it was purchased from , they refused to exchange or give me store credit and their excuse was because the phone number I gave them dose not come up in the system and since I donât have proof of purchase they canât do that. I asked my son to send me the picture of the credit card he used to purchase and I showed it to the manager and he said no I need to show them the actual card . So in this day and age that everything is digital he refused to even try to enter the credit card number in their system. This guy should be fired immediately because he doesnât distinguish between a good descent paying customer and thiefâs and dose not want to help their customer in anyway and refuses to enter a number in the system for a simple exchange and also his passive aggressive way of dismissing me. I will call the headquarter and make an official complaint and make sure something to be done with this stupid return policy. I will also make sure everybody I know will never spend a penny in this store. The managers name I Sean .
Norsroom Rack always has great discounted prices.. This Norsroom Rack location has many free parking spaces⊠shopping in this mall is enjoyable because there are other shops next to it⊠it has excellent employees. Nostromo Rack .. I have had pleasant purchases from here
I was in Nordstrom Rack , Glendale Ca 7/16/24. i am very impressed with excellent customer service of Sean W. . He greets me with smile , very pleasant, respectful. He is an asset to your company.
Small and cramped location. Wait in line in a Saturday was almost twenty minutes. Yâall need to have every register open on the weekend. This long of a wait is unacceptable.
Great deals if you are looking for various name brands -I mostly just go for the shoes. Checkout line always takes a hot minute â very busy store.
