1. Hooray for Noell! And huge thanks to Amy who helped me find 2 amazing dresses for my upcoming wedding!! My fiancé and I visited many dress stores on Santee Road, and Noell had the biggest variety, and all the dresses I tried on were very well-made. The prices were appropriate for the 2 dresses I purchased, and I feel very happy!!! Yay! 😁

2. I recently visited Noell Dress Store and purchased a dress for myself and one for my daughter. The experience was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional help from Amy and Dona. The store offers a great selection of modest dresses at very reasonable prices, providing good value for the quality.

   However, I do wish the store allowed us to try on more than five dresses during our visit. Overall, it was a delightful shopping experience, and we’ll definitely recommend!

3. I don’t know how they are still in business. The worst dress store I’ve ever been too. At Noel Dress Store, the service was not just bad it was downright appalling. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the employees had no interest in assisting customers. They seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations and activities than attending to the needs of shoppers.
   When I finally managed to flag down an employee for assistance, their attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Told me I can only try 5 dresses when I drove 3 hours to get there. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. Instead of offering any sort of guidance or support, they simply pointed in the vague direction of the dresses and returned to their conversation without a second thought.

   The lack of professionalism was astounding. Employees were visibly disinterested in their work, with some even rolling their eyes when approached for assistance. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at Noel Dress Store. Overall, the service I received at Noel Dress Store was nothing short of a disaster. It’s a shame that a business can operate with such blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this establishment.

   The selection of dresses at Noel Dress Store was nothing short of a fashion disaster. It was like stepping into a time warp where outdated styles from decades past went to die. The dresses on display were a hodgepodge of ill-fitting cuts, garish colors, and cheap-looking fabrics. From tacky sequin monstrosities to poorly constructed frocks that wouldn’t be out of place in a thrift shop reject pile, there was something cringe-worthy about every garment I laid eyes on. It was as if the store was stuck in a perpetual state of ’80s prom night, with shoulder pads and neon prints galore.

   But it wasn’t just the lack of style that was off-putting—it was the lack of quality. The materials used in the dresses felt cheap and flimsy, and the stitching was sloppy at best. It was clear that no attention to detail went into the design or construction of these garments. In a market overflowing with beautiful, well-made dresses from reputable brands, it’s baffling how Noel Dress Store manages to stay in business with such a dismal selection. Save yourself the embarrassment of wearing one of their eyesores and shop elsewhere for your fashion needs.

4. Don’t ever use this store. They sell the dresses as new but they are actually used, No price tags. I purchased a very expensive dress and I found it altered and they refused to return it. They told me this was the original design of the dress. They are liars.

5. DTLA dress store carries a lot of high end, luxurious evening wear, bridal, mother of the bride and bridesmaid looks. Priced on the higher side so be mindful of this before going in. My bridesmaids wore Jovani gowns in Cinderella blue. GORGEOUS!!!!!
