Classy modern architecture mesmerizes, the mix of materials is creative ; love the window displays especially white birds made from origami ; I havenāt been inside but I love its look and the neighboring architecture , signs on streets nearby .
Just WOW! One of the most beautiful NM Iāve ever seen, and Iāve been to almost all of them nation wide. I loved this shopping experience. The staff is so friendly (not hungry like most department stores) but genuinely nice and helpful in every department. I visited Chanel, fragrance, the womenās handbag and womenās shoe departmentās, and even the menās downstairs, and every single team member was helpful and friendly. I canāt wait to be back.
Incredibles selection of fragrances and cosmetics. Most of the staff were very helpful aside from the people at Creed. The woman from MFK was excellent. But There was a lot of security, which Felt distracting, I understand theft is bad, but I would rather have security stickers than have so many security guards eyeing you. This is a gorgeous store.
Still the best restaurant in union square. The problem is many of the stores near unionsware are now closed. With Macyās disappearing at the end of the year I fear that Neiman Marcus will also be gone.

This store is arranged beautifully, with displays from dozens of brands providing a snapshot of each. The basement floor is dedicated to men, while most of the other floors are for women. The ground floor has makeup, skincare products, and you can see all the way to the glass dome. Thereās also a beautiful restaurant on the fourth floor. Going through the fifth floor is like going through the living rooms of many houses. I highly recommend visiting this place even if youāre not going to buy anything. The displays are so beautiful and itās honestly like an art museum.
