Bucky and I have known J. Lauderdale since he was a very young child growing up in Meridian, MS. He is now an excellent land agent who helped us through a complex 1031 property exchange involving land in Mississippi and Alabama. As Bucky nears retirement, we wanted to consolidate property to a fairly restricted area in his home county in Alabama.
