Terrible experience and would never go back. All they wanted was my co pay. Also they called me for two weeks, when to see I saw my primary care doctor. Which was weird to me. Which I never returned the call.
Was a reference from my doctor. As I am a bi-lateral upper body amputee they were only supposed to trim my toenails.
Without saying anything to my wife or I, he takes out a scalpel and cuts out a bunion. On a briddle diabetics foot!
That wound took almost 3 years to heal with weekly wound care trips.
They only called about a $30 co-pay after I was dumped on wound care.
My family absolutely loved this office! After multiple trips to other podiatrists left us both worse then we came in I was referred to Dr.Stern. His receptionist Brandy is amazing as well! She is always a joy to speak with, I’ve never had an outrageous wait or sat on hold when contacting the office. Dr Stern has even answered the phone a couple times which I think speaks volumes to the Physician he is. He is truly their to help you so you don’t need to keep seeing him! I will continue to refer anyone I can to him. I came in overly anxious about my appointment as I was in ridiculous amounts of pain from a botched procedure he didn’t rush or play off my emotions and he was very open with what he was going to be doing. If you have to go to a specialist he is a great podiatrists
