  1. It’s been a year since I moved in and I just renewed my lease! I toured this place annually starting in 2020, before finally moving here in 2023. This place has improved EXPONENTIALLY since I first visited. Amber in the leasing office is my go to! Shes always friendly, helpful, and her hair is always on point! I wasn’t too sure at first with some security issues in the beginning, huge and extensive renovations, and some changes in management, but now that the dust has cleared I’m so happy to live in this exquisite community.

  2. Do you want to live in a high-rise apartment where windows can easily break? If so, this is the apartment for you.

The bedroom window shattered on March 30th, and it’s still broken as of August. I was in the living room when I suddenly heard a loud crash coming from the bedroom. When I went in, I saw that the window was broken. When the maintenance worker came and checked the window, he told me to leave it untouched until Monday, assuring me there wouldn’t be any issues. I asked to temporarily cover the window because it seemed unsafe, especially with my bed right beside it. However, he assured me this situation sometimes occurs, and the glass wouldn’t shatter completely unless I touch the window. He didn’t tell me to move the bed away from the window, so I left it where it was. But the sound of glass breaking continued, which was frightening and worrying. I couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, so I had sleep in the living room. The next night, the window suddenly broke completely, and glass shards were all over the floor. I wasn’t expecting that because I was told by the maintenance worker that the glass wouldn’t break completely. I don’t even want to imagine what would have happened to me if I had slept in my bed next to the window as usual.

The leasing office told me that it would take a few months to order a new window. So, one of the double pane windows has been broken for five months now. Recently, when there was an earthquake, I was terrified that the other double pane window might break. I’ve been sleeping in the living room for peace of mind. I requested compensation but was ignored for five months. Earlier this month, they promised to fix the window, but they canceled. They now say they will fix it next week, but I’m not sure if that will happen. Even if it gets fixed soon, I’m still upset that I had to live with a broken window for the past five months.

  3. My partner and I just moved out here and Hassan and Ellison have been great help! The team is very supportive and quick to act on any issues we’ve had. The only issue was that the apartment was not cleaned prior to our move in. Other than that we’ve had a great experience so far!

  4. I’ve been living at the month for about a year now and my experiences as been amazing so far. It’s a really beautiful place to live. All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Especially Edmond. He’s super responsive over email and willing to help in person when I had any questions. He helped make my whole move in process go really smooth.

  5. Edmond in the leasing office is my go to

He has consistently been nice, professional, and goes above and beyond to meet all my needs whenever I reach out. his friendly attitude and dedication make living at the Vermont a pleasure. If you ever need a tour just ask for Edmond. Trust me and thank me later.
