1. Today I called and said how much more is it going to be with the voucher from auto Depot for brakes and possibly a battery? She said it cost us $25 to put the battery on. I said well then forget the battery because I can go buy battery myself and put it on myself. It’s not hard and before you say we need rotors I want to see the rotors before you do any work that would cost me extra money. She had a problem with that said come get your car And find somebody else to work on I will that’s fine you’re not ripping me off I never ever had in my entire life and Mechanic refused to let me see my rotors or anything

I asked for evaluation of my vehicle to get alignment I said it has slack and disturbing I wanted to know what parts I needed to replace myself to get that fixed they align my vehicle and it still got slack in the steering and the lady didn’t say a word about what I needed to do or anything I asked the gentleman and he said oh it’ll be all right now drive it

5. Left my trucks alignment worst then when I took it and blamed the “aftermarket lift kit” it’s only a 2in level but alright
