I’ve been a loyal customer of this Mexican restaurant in California City for years, and it never disappoints. The authentic Mexican food here is simply fantastic. From the flavorful tacos every dish is a delight. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make each visit a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates delicious Mexican cuisine.
This little take out place, located on Cal City Blvd. has a verity of menu items, however I always order their “Hard Shell Tacos” with shredded beef. They come 4 in a order. I usual get them a la carte, but I think you can also choose to have them with rice and beans. My husband loves their double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a large Dr Pepper, however for breakfast he likes their breakfast burrito. My Son likes to order their “Carne Asada Fries” which come in a large square container and is very filling. But these fried tacos are really tasty… Give it a try. We like to call in our order before hand, then drive down to pick it up. Staff is friendly, we’ve never had a problem with incorrect orders and have been mostly satisfied with everything we’ve eaten from there since they been in business several years now. Prices are a little steep, but I guess that’s been our reality for the last few years, no matter where you go, it seems. Other than that. It’s your average food place.
The menudo here is horrible canned menudo is better than this place and the cheese quesadilla is horrible as well tons of fake cheese can’t ever eat it! Buyer beware over priced lousy food and service!
The asada fries and burgers are very good. Have not tried anything else yet but I will be a return customer. Nachos are good too!
This place has great Mexican food. If you call in an order, they call you when it is ready, which is convenient. The chorizo breakfast burrito is awesome.
