They were helpfully and able provide text option to allow me communication with them due to my deafness and they had technician Curtis ready with notepad to communicate with me even texting with me too. I am very impressed. They were able to get my water heater replaced same day with new one. Thank you and appreciate that you make sure I get accommodated to able communicate with them. Ty was my technician and he was so kind and willing to educate me on my plumbing and septic system. He told me how to better care for it, run maintenance on it, about getting the septic pumped every 5 years or so.
He also was determined to ensure that my clog was well and truly gone. He sent his wire/hose through one way and back up the opposite way, he checked every drain and toilet, checked my sinks. He did everything possible to ensure that my plumbing was clear.
I was so very happy to get Ty and will use Mr. Rooter in the future. Hopefully that’s very far in the future but given the nature of the business it was a good experience. Thank you!
Solved my leak problem immediately! Well worth the cash. Tech was prompt, responsive, found the water cutoff (when 4 other people could not)! He communicated well and it was same day service. My kitchen sink wasn’t draining despite my best efforts to clear it so I called Mr. Rooter. The technician arrived pretty quickly and was a total pro. The pipes were filled with junk so there is now way I could have done it on my own. It was a fairly quick process and no mess. Definitely recommend.
I have used Mr. Rooter since 1997. Technicians (Josh) were knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt. Prices for services are always reasonable. They made an appointment for the same day I called with my problem and showed up that afternoon- even though the problems were not considered an emergency! And he cleaned up before he left.
