I called Mr. Rooter’s emergency service line on a Saturday afternoon due to a water leak. I was able to make an appointment with a technician, Steve, for Sunday morning. Luckily, Steve called me on Saturday afternoon and offered to drop by my house that same day due to another client canceling their appointment. He explained our options for fixing the water leak and I chose the more long-term solution. Steve and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient through the whole process. Steve was transparent with the cost of the project and the time it would take to complete. By Sunday, we got our water back and by Monday, the whole project was complete and I made the payment over the phone with Steve. I’m so thankful to Steve and his team for the amazing job they did for our main water line. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Steve for future plumbing problems and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service!
Contacted Mr Rooter about noon due to a blockage of drain line that resulted in water emerging in walk-in shower. Water had flowed into the hallway and into the closets. Was informed a tech about half hour away would stop bye as soon as possible. Arrived forty-five minutes later, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate which we agreed to. Contacted his associates who performed some preliminary work which was done immediately. At the end of the day we were informed they would return the following day at 9:00am. They actually arrived ten minutes early, waited outside until precisely nine. (How many businesses these days arrive on or before a stated time?). The workers did what was agreed upon and completed the repair by 4:30pm. The next day they sent copy of invoice plus five pictures of the repair which included a picture
of substance blocking the line. Ugh.
Mr Rooter should be recognized for the outstanding job done from first phone call to their truck departing our home.

Edward Was Very Professional At First Interaction, He Applied Shoe Covers Even When We Told Him He Can Walk In Without The Shoe Covers, He Put Them On As A Sign Of Respect To Our Home, Edward Checked Out The Toilet And Recommended A Replacement As He Provided Different Options As Well As Giving Us Advice To Save More Money. We Will Call Him Back When We Are Ready, When I Called Mr. Rooter The Staff That Answered The Phone Was Very Polite, Informative, Friendly And Professional. They Have Good Phone Etiquette. I Understand Why They Have Excellent Reviews And Have Very Satisfied Customers As They Have Built A Strong Reputation.
Mr Rooter is pricey , however, got the job done. Santiago (tech) was very friendly and explained the process of finding my clog in advance. He also cleaned up what I felt was beyond normal. If you have a clog that is beyond your ability to snake I recommend them , but it be prepared to spend $$$$.
