A team of five arrived on site and helped update our 1970s house with aluminum wiring. They replaced the main electrical panel with an updated box and rewired half the house. Outlets and switches that were no longer working or missing – all replaced. We expanded the house on the back and they did the rough-in work as well as the finishing work for the switches and outlets. One nice thing that we really appreciated – were detailed invoices with pictures before and after. Also got an electronic receipt. We will need this when we go to sell the house. What a wonderful experience! From the initial contact with the amazing young woman who scheduled the appointment until the tech completed his job, it was a pleasure. The scheduler was so kind, courteous and professional; it touched my heart. I actually teared up as I thanked her for the pleasant experience, because kind customer is very rare these days.
