We had a leak outside near the meter. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and responsive. Jonathan was timely, respectful and explained our options clearly. The work was completed the same day. Very happy with the service!
Used Drippy Plumbing twice and have been pleased with service. Today my garbage disposal was unclogged and my toilet fixed. Work was explained to me well and price quoted. Jonathan was great, polite, and explained things well.
They sent Jay Jay out to fix a full clog in our bathroom drain line that and he was great! Took a bit of time, but Jay Jay got everything cleared out and was incredibly friendly and professional.
The first thing they tried didn’t work, but the second did – and I was only charged for what fixed it. I’d be happy to call Mr. Drippy or Jay Jay again in the future.
Truth be told I do not have enough nice things to say regarding not only the company, but Jonathan LeCroy who came out to our home the other day.
My wife and I just recently bought our first house together, and when a leak appeared under our kitchen sink, we automatically assumed the worst.
After listening to several recommendations, we decided to go with Mr. Drippy, and needless to say this was absolutely the correct choice.
I work in hospitality running a department of about 40 housekeepers. Often times we are very quick to hear bad or the things we could have done better, and very seldom do we hear the good. That’s why I believe it is so important to give credit where credit is due.
Jonathan put my mind at ease when it came to a lot of my concerns and put things in a way easy enough for me to understand. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be recommending their services to anyone and everyone.
