After months of other companies not being able to repair the ice maker on the refrigerator, we called Mr Appliance. Ben came out, and though it took two trips to get the correct parts, we finally have a working ice maker. Friendly and professional service.
Joel is the man. I received a text stating that he would be at my house shortly. Joel was very prompt and professional. He replace the suspensions in my May Tag washing machine right away. The parts store had what he needed. The price was a little steep for me especially being on a fixed monthly income. It was better than buying a new washer. Thank you, Mr. Appliance and Joel.

it took while for the part to come but Mr.applance didn’t do it . the company that I had the warranty with had to order the parts it came to straight to my house. I call Mr.applance and told them they came that week and installed it fast and easy thank you for a awesome service.
