Beautiful spot on the lake with excellent fishing opportunities. RV spots are right next to each other so not much privacy but lots of community activities and amenities such as an indoor and an outdoor pool, playground, clubhouse, tennis (soon to be pickleball) courts, and more. Thanks to Alexis for the tour and Rick for helpfully escorting me in. All very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice staff for sure. But the property needs a lot of updating. Workout room had a lot of broken and dangerous equipment. Bathrooms were very outdated and smelled. Showers reminded me of a public shower at the beach, old outdated and smelly. Club house was nice but lost WiFi signal for 2 days and when it was working it was not very strong. Picnic tables need to be replaced. No fire rings Trash area needed to be cleaned up. Again nice staff but the facilities really are outdated.
The people there was very nice and helpful and answered all questions my husband and I had . The place is very clean and has a lot of activities for kids. Alexis was wonderful at explaining everything to us and very nice and did an amazing job
This was a super great family resort or even just a quiet place to kick back and relax. The service team was friendly and welcoming. We truly loved the location and experience that we had at Mountain Lakes Resort. Thank you to everyone there.

Very pleasant people, very inviting, made new friends during my short stay.
Crafts were much better than I’m used to seeing. Indoor pool is a huge plus. Great lake view. Clubhouse was getting work done and looked very good, except the bathrooms and showers which were terrible and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, but will hopefully get a remodel soon.
I plan to spend a lot more time here next year.
