THE WORST tax service Iāve ever dealt with. This company is as incompetent as they come. I have never had any issues in all my years of filing taxes until we decided to allow Eric Moore at Mooreās Tax Services to prepare our taxes. Our taxes were filed and Mooreās said we were getting a refund, now weāre being audited by the IRS. I had to contact a tax attorney for assistance because they took no accountability for the errors they made. I try to always support black owned business but the unprofessional manner in which our taxes were filed along with the unprofessional customer service I received makes it difficult to continue with that support. I unequivocally DO NOT recommend this company for any services and I have filed a complaint with the IRS.
Weāve been using Moore Services for the last 17 years. We drive up every year from Pensacola, Florida. Ms.Kathleen Moore and Mr. Eric Moore are the best by far. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Mrs. Moore and her son Eric are like family to us. I highly recommend Moore Services.
I will never use this place again. Customer service is everything. The person who did my taxes is unprofessional. I should have know then it would only get worse.
On the word of my uncle we tried Mooreās Tax Services 17 years agoā¦and for 17 years they have prepared our taxes. Even more telling is that we stay in another state and look forward every year, not just for the the preparation but he family atmosphere. Ms.Moore and Eric are like family now, and if in doubt just give them a try you will be happy. The entire staff as soon as you enter the door are very professional and friendly.
