1. On 6-21-2021 Zack came out & worked on a busted pipe at my home. Then told us they don’t accept credit or debit cards only cash or Cash app🤔. So my wife had to go out in the rain to a bank to render him $1485 + tip only for us to find out only the sink faucet worked in one bathroom and nothing worked in the other bathroom. Then they ran blue piping all through out the garage when it should’ve ran the piping through the attic!!! I wish google would allow me to attach pictures of how poorly of a job this work is hanging over the garage door!!!! It’s not even secured with the proper amount of brackets. So my wife called them twice and each time the female said she was sending them RIGHT BACK OUT. 9:38 pm rolls around and they never came back out that day so my kids didn’t have a bath. The next day 6-22-2021 they come back out and “fix” the issue that now allows water throughout the whole house (like it was prior to them coming out) however they removed the valve off the hot water tank and so we had no hot water! Imagine how I felt coming in from work to take a COLD shower along with my family!!! So I called Zack and explained to him that I’m not satisfied with the work or service and how unexceptionable this whole situation is. Zack reassured me that would be back out for the 3rd time tomorrow 6-23-2021 at 8 am. It is now almost 7 pm 6-23-2021 and they still have not showed up😡😡 I had to hire another company to redo Moody’s work, reroute the piping via the attic and provide the hot water 💦 we had prior to them coming out. Now they don’t want to answer our calls and we want a full refund!!!

   Update 3 years later and we still have not heard back from them…smh

2. Moody plumbing did a excellent job. I was impressed and that’s not easy to do as I’m a perfectionist and expect everyone else to be but most of the time they are far from it. Matt was also a perfectionist. Matt takes pride in his work and these days that is rare. He also found problems we didn’t know about when he gave us the estimate but fixed that too at a very reasonable price after explaining everything thing very well to me. I’m very glad he found our gas leak when he was here to fix a broken water pipe. If you have a plumbing problem be it gas or water call Moody plumbing and be confident it’s fixed right the first time. A-1

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK BECAUSE THERE NOT GONNA WARRANTY IT!!!! 4yrs ago I hired them to run complete new waterlines throughout my house,& they did a great job in one day,They also said if I had any problems for 10yrs.to contact them & they would be right on over to my house,Well I’ve been trying to call them because I have a water leak behind my bathtub.I’ve tried calling them for 7 days straight now and can’t get them to return my call let alone come out to check my pipes.I would not recommend them to anyone and most definitely would think twice before I handed over $5000.00 to run new waterlines!!!!

4. Had a busted pipeline underneath the concrete foundation. Matt showed up in exactly the 30 minute timeline appointment he scheduled. Had it fixed within 2 hours. Very friendly and professional. He even took the time out to educate me on preventive maintenance and did a walk throughout the home to make sure nothing else was wrong. I highly recommended and will be spreading the word! I will be contacting back soon for other property issues.

5. We had a water line burst and was without water. Called on a Monday afternoon and set up an appointment for Wednesday at 9am. Which was the next available appointment they had. They never showed up on Wednesday. I call several times and even left messages. They never called back and still haven’t showed up. Luckily we were able to get another company to come do the work.
