We bought my daughter’s bedroom set from them. I cannot recall the sales associate’s name when we were there, but she was very helpful and attentive. The ordering process was pretty easy online. When I needed to leave town the day they wanted to deliver, the manager went out of her way to rearrange things so we could get the pieces delivered the next Monday! Unfortunately, the dresser arrived smashed in one corner, but so far they have been very understanding and helpful about it. Still waiting on a fix, but this just happened so I’m sure it will get squared away. Hopefully we can get the replacement soon and my daughter can enjoy her new furniture. Give them a try! We have been pleased.
Came in last minute with my family to buy some furniture for our hunting camp and these amazing employees went over the top for us right before closing-we got 3 bedroom sets with a couch at an amazing deal, these workers organized our furniture perfectly in our truck and trailer. Thank you to D and her mother aleia for a great experience-will definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future!
Montgomery overstock to begin with, has amazing prices and beautiful quality furniture. However, what stands out more than the quality of their furniture is the awesome customer service experience that you get here to begin with my sales person. Kellie, I believe is her name. Was amazing to work with. She only had about 2 weeks experience, but she showed years of professionalism and character. That made my wife and I feel comfortable and ready to purchase. Not to mention the rest of the staff was there to assist with any additional information. I was needing they offered awesome financing options. And an excellent insurance to make sure that I have my sofas well protected. I drove 2 and a 1/2 hours away. To experience this amazing and they’re quality service. I 100% recommend them. And I will for sure be back to continue to purchase more. Kellie and the rest of the staff are all NB p’s and a pleasure to work with.
