This is a very quiet area on a golf course. We stopped here on the way to Florida. The rooms, beds, and facility were exceptional. If I had to nit pick, are that the bathroom is a little small bit still very well kept. The hotel was completing some upgrades to the front desk area. It was a relaxing and beautiful stay. The pool and hot tub are nice as well. I recommend this place as the staff was very nice.
This was my first time staying here. I would be willing to give them another try, but I would have been very disappointed if I was paying full price. Staff were friendly and we stayed in a villa. The main door to the villa was off, so you didn’t have to use the key card. The villa was alright. Bed was comfortable, but there were a few live and dead bugs in the room. One light was broken and the deadbolt didn’t seem to work. The AC was the lowest it could go but the room still felt hot. Breakfast was a little overpriced and the floor was very dirty (picture). I went to breakfast at 7 am so no reason for the floor to be this gross. Views were pretty and the hotel was quiet and in a nice location.
Good hotel, very clean with good service. Only complaint is that an event was going on when we returned from dinner and there was no parking other than a muddy construction area (literally a field) about 1/4 mile away.
The property is very nice. The front desk people are nice. I reached out three times to speak with the manager because of an issue and she never called me back. I thought it represented how unprofessional she might have been. The AC in the room was so loud. I will try to attach the video.
Our stay was great!! Kimberly Long helped us with check in and she was fantastic. She made sure all my needs were met and was a great start to my night in Montgomery. Employees like Kimberly are the reason I book with Marriott. Thanks!!!
