1. These people will rob you without a gun. My refund amount was $8,464.13 and when I received my check from them I received 5,634.21. I did get a refund advance for $1500 but I still don’t understand what other fees were for. The girl who filed my taxes entered my employer identification number in wrong and I had to file an amended return plus I had to get a tax advocate. After over 4 months of waiting due to the girl who did my refund mistake I received what was left of my refund after they robbed me.But one thing will I will NEVER do is go back to Money Tax. They charge ridiculous fees and they are very unprofessional.

2. I have filed my taxes for the passed few years with them. I have even sent a few people to them. The passed few years I was expecting money for my state and never got them the lady told me they sent the state out and never did last year. I talked to them they said I was supposed to do that I told them that I never got paperwork to send to the state and they told me they will find all my state for the past few years and give them to me. I called and noone either answer or always gave me the run around and I still not got my state paperwork yet. The state owes me.

4. My experience with Money Tax wasn’t good at all. Fort Benning Road, Columbus,Ga. I wouldn’t recommend anyone, they were unprofessional and I always had to call for updates and I am still waiting on my money, right now.

5. Very unprofessional business.Still a very shady business all the way from the janitor to the owner. Money greedy owner & I watched two employees almost fight!! SMH DONT GO HERE
