I am thrilled to share my experience with the recently reopened Mojave Resort in Palm Desert, California. As a regular guest, I had been eagerly awaiting the completion of their renovation, and let me tell youāit was worth the wait!
The transformation is nothing short of spectacular. The resortās new look combines contemporary elegance with a charming, relaxed vibe that perfectly complements its desert surroundings. Each detail of the renovation has been thoughtfully executed, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
What truly sets Mojave Resort apart, though, is its exceptional staff. Bruno and Anthony, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest every time I walked through the door.
Located just a few blocks from the renowned El Paseo, the Mojave Resort offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Whether youāre exploring the local shops or enjoying the resortās serene setting, itās an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.
I couldnāt be happier with the new look and continued excellent service at Mojave Resort. Itās a gem in Palm Desert, and I canāt wait to return!
Let me elaborate on the 1 star. This place was wonderful before it got remodeled. It was quiet, everyone who stayed here were long time customers. I recently became one a few years back and this was our little hidden gem. Before the remodel the rooms were just right. Although, I was able to afford staying at other places like La Quinta, etc.. this place just gave us the kind of environment we were looking for. My little girl always had the pool to herself. All the guest that stayed were long time customers that would drive from all over CA. It was just one of those places that made you feel at home, welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were a bit dated just like everything else but thatās what gave it charm. Feeling like you were stepping back in time. The location was ideal. Restaurants near by I mean you have it all right there. Now I just heard and read it for myself that itās adult only. What kind of #uckery is that. This was the first place my little girl learned to swim. This is her first memory of visiting Palm Desert. The staff got to know us as we tried to frequent as much as we could during summer. They were always welcoming. I was afraid this was gonna happen. They lost a good loyal customer with me. #ucking investors that are not even from the area bought this place or something like that. Needless to say, this place is going to be just another #ucking adult only in Palm Desert. This whole #ucking area is turning into adults only. The family values, tradition are out the door. They want to only tailor to one specific community. Shame on you guys, you sold your morality and family values.
If you are looking for a small quiet place, away from it all. This is your go to spot! All rooms are surrounded by the poolā¦ I love that you are right in the middle of everything. Minutes away from stores, restaurants, malls and activities.
The downside is the rooms need to be upgraded and the air conditioners especially!! It is too hot in Palm Springs for those little air conditioners that only work at its best, in the late evening and night. The website should also specify that not all rooms have a small kitchen area and neither did the staff tell some of the people in my group that when they called to make their reservations. This by far is no Hotel but it will do. Itās a little old school Motel and Iāve definitely stayed at worse and would stay again but the website can be a bit deceiving.
Our wine team rented the entire hotel in June 2021 had an absolute blast! The staff was amazing, kind & friendly. The grounds inside & out were pristine! We loved it so much that we are doing it again in December!
A clean and delightful resort, with the essence of the late 50ā², but with modern Tv and communications. A nice pool and spa and the staff are very friendly. Also in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walk to main streets with good restaurants to choose from.
