Got my first Kia here and Jacob helped us out from start to finish. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I love that he was so transparent through the whole transaction and made us feel very comfortable. The location itself is very nice and remodeled on the inside. Ryan was very nice and helpful in the process of leasing my new car. He thoroughly explained what we needed to know during the application process and made sure we weren’t confused on anything, which was nice since there’s a lot of paperwork to go through. He was also generous enough to familiarize me with the features of my new car, as it can all be very confusing, and he even introduced me to a service advisor, Jeff, who he mentioned would help me when I need to get my car serviced. All in all we really appreciated his time and helpfulness through this process, it was much appreciated. I really love my new Sportage!

Great experience from the start. Samantha greeted with us with a warm welcome. She was very patient through the process. Extremely personable and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very transparent. Enjoyed the no haggle process. Fun and friendly and even got a chicken sandwich and water for lunch plus a cappuccino.
