1. I had an excellent experience buying a new air conditioning unit through Miller Heating and Cooling. James is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process from start to finish. His office staff was very friendly and professional and the unit was put in in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using their services.

2. We are new to Eufaula and called Miller Heating and Cooling from a referral. They showed up within 3 hours and solved our problem. Payton was an amazing help and very informative. 4. These people run a good business. Kathryn is so polite and efficient. I can book an appt with her in under 2 min. Most places I am on the phone for 15-20 min. The tech, I forget his name at the moment, is young but very knowledgable. I subscribe to their twice a year system cleaning and checkup. This fall he noticed the heating element was get old and corroded and told me to watch if it takes a long time to heat up. Just a month ago I notice the long times to heat the cabin. I called and they installed a new one. Peace of mind is what Miller’s gives me most. If u are not doing business with them, you should be. Give them a call.
