  1. I have known Bill and Judson for many years and when my husband died unexpectantly Bill was very helpful in probating his estate. While we were in probate he explained ways that I could protect my assets. With their help, I was able to set up my estate where my son would not have to go through probate whenever I died. They are very helpful in explaining different ways to protect your assets. I recently purchased some land and Judson was able to re-do the deed to be included in my estate. I appreciate Bill, Judson and Amber. They are all so helpful and pleasing to work with. I would definitely recommend their firm for any of your needs.

  2. We went to a free seminar and realized pretty quickly that Mr. Miller was up on all the different areas of estate planning. He gave great examples of situations where people were not protected and the negative results that followed. We met with his team and decided to go ahead to make it easier for our children when time comes that we need to be taken care of.

  3. Great elder attorney! Explained everything in an easy to understand way. Showed many options for planning. We are very happy & confident with our decision. Miller Estate and Elder law firm are very knowledgeable & nice to work with for our needs. We highly recommend them.

  4. It’s never easy to think about your will or estate planning, but the fine folks at Miller Estate and Elder law made it so easy and stress-free. Our experience was quick and effortless and now we have peace of mind if the unimaginable should happen sooner than we prepared. I cannot recommend enough.

  5. Attorney Miller was hired for our family’s estate planning needs. The hard work, professionalism, courtesy, and patience extended by Attorney Miller and his staff during the weeks of video conference calls and planning sessions were impressive. As we reside a distance away from Attorney Miller’s offices, his willingness to provide the required documents via email for our review, and his virtual meeting Q&As, added a level of convenience not often experienced, and allowed for one in-person signing meeting. Attorney Miller’s personal assistance, detailed explanation, and sound advice gave us the confidence in knowing that our estate planning needs were being properly met. We are in the process of recommending Miller Elder Law to our family members and friends. Keep up the awesome work!
