My Kitchen Aid refrigerator was icing up so I called Mikeās Appliances to make an appointment. This was my first time using Mikes, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful and book an appointment with a technician for a few days later.
Albert was friendly, supportive and efficient. After a short conversation he quickly began working on the freezer unit, isolated the problem and rectified it. I appreciated him explaining what he perceived the problem to be and sharing how he was going to fix it.
I am very satisfied with the courtesy and professional manner that was taken to service my refrigerator. I definitely will be calling Mikes Appliances when I have more appliance servicing needs.

Prices were only slightly higher than your typical (Costco, Best Buy, Airport Appliance). I had a bad experience with Home Depot so I refused to even look there.
The guys who came to drop off, install, and haul away were great. Came early, no issue installing, and showed me some basis about each appliance. Iif you donāt want to deal with weird subcontractors and complicated ādo this and thisā or ābuy these connectorsā before delivery/haul away, go here. Iād purchase through them again.
