Mike got me into a house in Dothan…while I lived in Monroe, NC. He made sure that my online hunt was a goid one. He then arranged for the hone inspection. He also got the Seller to allow me to parj my car and uhaul trailer in the yard while I took a hotel for a day. I moved in on the target date. If you choose Mike and his team, you have chosen wisely. Mike Pierce and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and really helped me narrow in on where I wanted to live. Throughout the entire home buying process I was deployed but I never had to worry. If anything came up Mike and his team would notify me immediately and normally with a solution ready to go. I cant say enough good things about the Omega Group. They definitely made my life easy while being deployed and trying to find the right home.
Do not have a single bad thing to say. Overall great experience. Love the family nature of the business. Went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening as a first time home buyer. Quick to respond and accommodating with scheduling. You can tell they have a lot of experience. Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to everyone.
Whitney was awesome with answering my questions but would have like a little more communication on what needed to be done and what wasn’t. Overall I would recommend them .
