I had an excellent experience at this oil shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their professionalism and attentiveness made the visit pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate their dedication to providing top-notch customer service and will definitely be returning in the future. This place was great! Showed me exactly what was wrong with my car, so I knew I wasn’t getting told something other than what was true! They people are very friendly and welcoming! They had great specials and deals, which is partly what brought me in! Will be back in the future, for sure!
Clean facility. Nice staff over the phone and in person. They were able to get my truck taken care of no problem.
Outstanding customer service. Friendly, helpful staff. They even waited for almost an hour after closing time until my ride arrived. Mechanic was very professional and explained everything that would be done prior to starting work.
The oil change service was quick. The staff were nice and communication was good. Midas in general is a good option for car service and have had good experiences for many years at other Midas locations too.
