You will be stunned at how much money you will pay for a small loan. They thrive by taking advantage of people in desperate situations. It will be the one of the biggest mistakes you will ever make. The office staff is incompetent as well. Find another way to get money unless you want to pay an astronomical amount in interest.
DON’T GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. SCHNIKA, THE MANAGER , IS RUDE, GHETTO, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WILL SEND YOU A TEXT TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT BEFORE THEY ARE OPEN. WHEN YOU CALL AS SOON AS YOU SEE THE TEXT TO MAKE THE PAYMENT, WITH AN ATTITUDE SHE WILL SAY, WE ARE NOT OPEN. I SAID, Y SEND ME A TEXT, IF YOU KNEW U WEREN’T OPEN TO TAKE MY PAYMENT. SHE SAID VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY/GHETTO, DON’T TELL ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS AND CALL BACK WHEN WE ARE OPEN AND HUNG UP ON ME. SHE DOESN’T NEED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB IF SHE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO TALK NICELY TO CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM SINCE THEY WERE HUNTSVILLE FINANCE, SHE IS THE WORST MANAGER THEY HAVE EVER HAD!!! 😡
I have done business with this company off and on for years. They have always been kind and helpful. They will work with you as long as you call or go by if there are issues with your payment. I have never been treated better by a small loan company. Ms Jenny as well as all the staff have always been kind and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to improve their credit, those who may need a little cash to get through a tough spot financially, or those who just need cash to get back on their feet.

I was approved for a loan on 6-21-22. I went to pick it up and I was told 6-22-2022. I set for 10 and then I was told leave comeback in 30 minutes. Then I was called and said they was pulling offer. I guess because I checked an air vent or whatever. So if you know me I get paranoid when people shady. So as always their was a guy mocking so I walked back in because he was talking. And because he spoke on me they pulled it because I told him he makes me paranoid.. Totally unprofessional period. What is good for one is not good for everyone.
