Doctor saw my husband and was very calm and thorough with his examination. Answered all of our questions. Staff was very professional and helpful. Kept a helpful/professional demeanor, even when caller was screaming so loudly I could hear it from my seat in the waiting room.
He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Completely ignored what I was there for. Felt like I was back at square one with everything I’ve been through. Just another doctor who doesn’t listen. Didn’t even look at my file. Also tried to rush the appointment because he didn’t want me in there. I’m glad I’ll never have to step foot into that office ever again.
4 weeks ago , my daughter got a gallbladder surgery with Dr Michaels !! He is amazing. The surgery was so fast and the recovery as well!! I also want to thank him for making my daughter feel like herself again with no pain and being her happy self again. Also thank you to the sweet lady at the front desk who helped us and supported us during the procedure. God bless both of them. I 100% recommended this doctor!!!
Dr Michel is amazing doctor!!! I had my gallbladder removed 4 weeks ago. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. The surgery and recovery was fast thanks to him!! The lady at the front desk was awesome and super sweet. Both the doctor and the office lady care about the patients. God bless them both!! Thanks to the doctor I am back to being my happy self and in no more pain. I 100% recommend him!! 🙂
I really don’t understand why some people would give this doctor a negative review. He was courteous and did an amazing job with my surgery. The hospital staff love him and I even had a nurse brag how lucky I was because he’s such a good person and a great surgeon. I came out of surgery feeling good and I had a support around my abdomin which I thought was really helpful and prevented pain during my recovery. Office was great and took the time with me on phone. I wasn’t rushed and they answered all my questions in a manner I felt went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Michael and his staff. So glad I went there.
