Dr. La Puma is an incredible Oral Surgeon with excellent bedside manner. We went into the appointment not knowing fully what to expect but as soon as Doctor came into the room we were instantly relaxed! We knew we were in great hands! His staff are welcoming and friendly as well as informative. The recovery has been so easy and I think that has a lot to do with his skill.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a doctor’s office! The staff are welcoming, supportive, kind, understanding, and more. If I was in the odd position to recommend an oral surgeon they’d definitely be my go to. After getting my wisdom teeth removed they were even able to get me my removed teeth which I greatly appreciated. 11 out of 10 experience!
I cannot say enough good things about this office. I am 20 and was absolutely terrified to have my wisdom teeth out but knew I had to get it done. The staff and Dr. La Puma calmed my nerves even after just my consultation. Then when the actual surgery day came around I was petrified but the surgery went so smoothly thanks to the entire office staff, nursing staff, and of course Dr. La Puma himself. He made me feel at ease and comfortable during the surgery and I felt like I was in safe hands. I am so happy I got this procedure done here and would recommend Dr. La Puma to anyone who is looking to have oral surgery done!
Dr. LaPuma and his staff are top notch! My teenage son recently had his wisdom teeth removed and the whole experience… from the time I made the appointment over the phone with Daphne, to the consult appointment where we were kindly met by Dr LaPuma and his assistant Brooke, to the actual appointment, (extractions with just local anesthetic) went SOOO smooth… it honestly could not have gone any better!!!! We live in Paso Robles and had originally planned on having the surgery done there, however, both my son and I were nervous about him going under for general anesthesia. Unfortunately in this area, there aren’t many (if any) oral surgeons willing to remove wisdom teeth without general anesthesia, so to find Dr LaPuma and to feel so safe and certain that it would not be an issue whatsoever was such a relief!!! My son had heard horror stories from his friends following their extractions and thankfully he did NOT have that experience. We were both shocked and so impressed with not only how quickly the procedure was done but how minimal the post op recovery was. Thank you SO much Dr LaPuma and Brooke! You guys are truly an Amazing team! I work in the dental field and will definitely pass this great experience on- along with a referral to anyone in need of a good oral surgeon 🙂
