  1. My technician Arsen was really quick and efficient in finding the problem and making the repair.
    He was polite and professional.
    My washing machine was shaking violently during the spin cycle. The parts that were needed came in the mail. The machine needed new shocks and he had a spare part on hand that he also ended up needing, because as you can see in the picture it the old part was broken.

  3. I want to preface this review by stating that I do think my experience is an outlier situation, but I wanted to leave a review to express my concerns and satisfactions.

    Pros:
    MGR did a great job choosing a technician that was experienced and able to perform the fix effectively. My family had an LG refrigerator fan motor problem and our technician (Alan) did an amazing job. He was effective, informative, and pleasant.

    Cons:
    Customer service experience was abysmal. My family was booked with MGR through LGā€™s customer service line for our repair. We were originally scheduled for a repair two days after our initial call. We receive a notification the day before our appointment that the part isnā€™t available and we need to wait. Thatā€™s fine, still upsetting because our refrigerator went down during one of the hottest heat waves in California history.

    We get a call the next week saying our repair can be scheduled for the following Wednesday for a timeframe between 9 am ā€“ 1 pm. I wait patiently from 9 to 12:30 pm, no technician. Concerned, I call the customer service line for an update, but am just told that a message will be sent to me before arrival. During this waiting period, our power suddenly shuts off and I notify the customer service line that this is the case but that the power will be on again in 30 minutes due to scheduled maintenance. By this time itā€™s past 1 pm, outside of the time frame I was promised for my appointment, and I have no idea where my technician is. Instead of updating me about the situation and my options, Iā€™m just told that my repair will be ā€œrescheduledā€. I wasted my morning waiting and it was infuriating to hear that I had to wait longer. I understand that the people I am initially connected with have little to no control over specific situations, but it seems like there is no general protocol to elevate a situation to the proper management level.

    Ultimately, I wish that the experience ran more smoothly with more transparency and regular updates about technician arrival times, just so I donā€™t have to waste my morning waiting for them to arrive. Thank you and I appreciate the repair.

  4. Great work! Kind and clean gentlemen would highly recommend their services again. No knowledge of what needed to be fixed. Arrived and ready with parts on hand. Give them a call they are extremely helpful and experienced. Will not disappoint thank you!!!

  5. Excellent service, friendly, very helpful and took care of my LG problems. My new microwave from Best Buy shut off 3-4 times and didnā€™t turn on for almost 2 hours.. The technician explained what I should have been told before about the heat.
    I was very appreciative that he also solved an issue with my new LG refrigerator. Costco delivery guys didnā€™t correctly set up my refrig when they delivered
    The guys who fixed my appliances were excellent and very competent.
