My wife and I just purchased a used car from Merchant Nissan in Troy. I had seen the car online and they had just listed it as coming soon. I called them and Jimmy, one of their sales people answered and was very helpful. He quickly texted me pictures and answered all my questions. I live a couple hours away and had to drive there. Once at the dealership, Jimmy met us and had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive.
He gave us a good deal and made our trip to Troy, AL worthwhile. The whole experience was actually painless. Within about an hour I was driving back home in my new used car.
One of the best car buying experiences that we’ve EVER had.. Go see Hayden he was amazing !!! Everyone was so amazing and did everything possible to help us find the perfect graduation car for our son. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like we was apart of the family. I wish we would have gotten ALL our cars with them. We will definitely be using them again in the future no questions. Thank everyone that helped us through this journey. This will be the only car place we will be recommending to everyone.
I am extremely happy to say this is THE ONLY Nissan dealer in Alabama/Florida region that operates as it should. It is run by a very passionate person that understands service and relationships. They only provide genuine Nissan products such as warranties and maintenance agreements. I have FINALLY found a professional place to buy and maintain my Nissans. They are now the best products out there. The other dealers in Alabama are in the stone ages.
