We worked with Brittany to pick out the best suit for my husband to wear for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration. Our original plan fell through last minute and we needed a suit rental for pick up in Monterey, CA. We picked the suit up at the Men’s Wearhouse in Monterey with no issues and had an equally amazing experience there. The suit fit wonderfully and we were thrilled with everything from start to finish!
Awesome Experience! Leslie and all her ladies there were great!! I am a 60 regular, and I was able to find a couple of jackets that fit and looked great. I am defiantly coming back.
Extremely rude service. The manager that was working labor day was hateful to the point that we helped ourselves. We spent money there only because we had been many other places and they had the size we needed. Don’t recommend….ever, if that manager is currently employed.
Mia was sooo helpful in fitting my dad and popa for their suits for my wedding. Mia was So attentive and paid attention to every detail. Made the experience so wonderful and easy and they had everything we needed! Highly reccomend!
Will never use or recommend to anyone again!! Went in to rent a tux for my husband and son for our wedding. My sons tux came in only 2 days before the wedding and was completely wrong. I had to run all over town to buy him a suit in such short notice. When I tried to cancel his suit, they had the nerve to try and charge me a cancellation fee!! The staff is extremely rude also. Brittany (orange hair) was very rude and had the nerve to talk trash about me to the manager loud enough where I could hear them. Most unprofessional and rude staff I’ve ever experienced. Added photos so you could see how jacked up my sons suit was. Do NOT rent anything for children here…even a staff member told me that they are the worst she’s ever seen with childrens sizes.
