1. My husband and I were looking for a realtor who could sell our house in this chaotic market as we were on a tight timeline and she over delivered on our expectations. Melissa is incredibly kind and responsive. I don’t know how she manages to reply so quickly to everything but she truly has her clients as top priority at all times. She gave us realistic expectations about a selling timeline, advised us on staging and other things necessary to sell the home, she used top notch photographers, and wrote up a listing that made our house a must see. Sure enough, our house sold within the exact timeline Melissa estimated and the entire process was incredibly easy and professional. Melissa has two degrees in psychology and journalism making her the ultimate saleswoman and realtor to make magic happen! Its bittersweet to be leaving our beautiful oasis here in San Diego, but were so grateful to Melissa for making the selling process so easy and supportive. My husband and I both endorse and recommend Melissa and her team to anyone in San Diego area.

2. I wish I could give 10 stars. This experience with Melissa was hands down AMAZING. She is quick, efficient, communicative, and knows what she’s doing so well you feel like her only client, even though she is obviously doing other sales. Melissa made the process completely stress-free and was very considerate. She went above and beyond with such ease I feel spoiled by how great an experience this was. Melissa loves her job, and you can see this reflected in everything she does. She gets it right down to the last detail. Highly recommend.

3. Working with Melissa was outstanding from start to finish. She is incredibly detail-oriented and follows up in less than 30 minutes at any time of day. She marketed our place perfectly and was beyond professional in helping us sell in less than two weeks. Melissa will be our first call the next time we buy or sell real estate.

4. My family & I are so glad that we chose Mrs. Melissa Tucci as our listing agent. I commented to her that she was beyond being a great realtor!! After I signed the contract, Melissa gave suggestions on realistic time frames & how to sell the house expeditiously. She was available always & responded promptly to any concerns or questions I had, even in weekends & holidays!! She also coordinated well with the escrow company to ensure all necessary paperworks were submitted timely & accurately, resulting in closing of escrow in 15 days!! 5. NOBODY DOES IT BETTER.

   As a former Los Angeles area developer and realtor myself, I am extremely picky when it comes to realtors. To sell a Clairemont investment property, I first called 3 ‘experienced’ realtors, then 3 more twice, asking for a Comparable Market Analysis & saying that they were welcome to see my vacant property anytime. Only 1 agent bothered to see the house in person. Only 2 actually did a one-page CMA (with questionable comparable properties) – the other agents sent me a one-line email with just one number for the value, with no justification and no comparables.

   I hesitated a month before calling Melissa – she had just sold another house nearby – because I assumed she had a sizable team working for her since she was #1. Was I wrong. Melissa picked up my first call and talked with me at length, the next day came in person to view the house, then quickly produced a thorough and accurate CMA. She also gave me excellent advice (we were on the same page) on cost-effective repairs/improvements. Melissa does everything herself – no team, no mistakes, no extra people who don’t know what’s going on.

   Two months later I was ready to list, and her fast turnaround time was what I needed: 6 days including measuring, staging (which she arranged & paid for), photos, video, and listing on MLS. She has it down, to a very efficient & streamlined process. She also graciously accommodated my inputs. I had hired SD realtors in years past, and all I can say is what a joke.

   The best part about Melissa was unexpected. I had several offers within a couple days, but she was able to get me way above asking price – all due to her expert negotiating skills. Everything was extremely smooth – her negotiating of offers, her calm & reassuring manner, her handling of Buyer requests, the seamless escrow itself – everything. It was all over in less than 3 weeks.

   San Diego has an ocean of incompetent, unknowledgeable, unprofessional people who call themselves ‘Realtors’. I literally do not know what I would do without Melissa – she is the ONLY real realtor I have found in San Diego – no one even comes close. She is the epitome of professionalism, is extremely knowledgeable, is an expert at everything, and most importantly, she is the ultimate negotiator.

   Melissa Tucci is hands-down the best realtor in San Diego. If you want to waste time, get frustrated, and net 10% less, call someone else.
