I recently visited Meineke Car Care Center and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. The front desk staff were professional and very informative, keeping me updated on the progress of my car throughout the service. It was reassuring to know exactly what was happening and when. Additionally, the mechanic who worked on my car did a phenomenal job. The attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. I highly appreciate the dedication and expertise of the team. My A/C had been blowing hot Air I called around and couldn’t find a decent place I felt comfortable with so I called my mom who got in touch with someone at Meineke who was expecting my call. I was able to bring my car in that same day, my A/C system was fully serviced even got new filters I’m not sneezing from my a/c the air is blowing amazing. The place is clean they have a cute waiting room there are businesses around, and most importantly the customer service is amazing. They explain everything to you before they do it and give you great pricing alongside top tier service. They are understanding and helpful I really appreciate them and their time I can only give 5 stars but if I could give a better rating I would rate their service 20/10 they go above and beyond. Highly recommended
One of the employees, Dominic, was very helpful during the hot summer months when my air conditioner was not working properly. He offered to work with me and help me learn about how the system works and what was needed. I couldn’t stay for the final repair, but because of his excellent service made an appointment for a later time and my AC is now working great. They even gave me a ride To and from work while they were working on my car. Excellent business. Highly recommend.
It took all day for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car, there was no one in the office to wait on me. The first service man that walked in from the work area walked passed by me without acknowledging my presence. The second service man that came in was more helpful. The only reason I will go back is because we bought one of their service vouchers.
If professional and exceptional work on your vehicle is of utmost importance, then Meineke is the right place to go to. I went in to have service done to the AC unit on my car and Tom went out of his way to provide above and beyond top performance work on my vehicle. He is truly a man of his word. All the staff are not only professional and exceptional, but also courteous and caring and made me feel like family. Dominic is awesome and did such a fantastic job with answering all my questions and concerns and Irene is so comforting and friendly, and is such a sweetheart. They truly cared about my concerns and did everything in their power to fix and get my AC unit running in top notch condition, like brand new again. I’m a very satisfied customer and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this business for vehicle service/maintenance everytime. And their prices really can’t be beat.
