My experience at these apartments has been mostly from a visitor’s perspective. I’ve always been greeted by the assistant manager, Rene. He has answered all my questions professionally and eloquently. I’ve also met the maintenance manager, Ron, who seems to be on top of tenant requests and makes it his priority to introduce himself if you see him while touring apartments. Rene has helped with any questions I may have had while inquiring about apartments here. I’m looking to relocate my grandparents and having people who really care about their tenants is something I highly regard. From the first time I toured the apartments to this last time that I came by to inquire about the process to turn in an application, it’s always been a pleasant interaction, clean and well staffed office. It seems like management is definitely looking to turn this place around (from the previous reviews I read) and I’m excited to see where it goes. Many wishes for a good year, Meadow Glen apartments!
I’ve been at this property for 6 years. The past few months have been very pleasant experience thanks to Renae our assistant manager and Ron our maintenance man. any issues that have taken place at my apartment or I’ve had around the complex they have handles in a timely manner. We have had so many changes happen on property but I’ve seen both maintenance and management go above and beyond to try and help their tenants thank you guys for all your hard work!
Been living here 3-4years. Rent goes up yearly but somehow we make less every year. NOTHING GETS FIXED. We’ve had about 2-3 management changes. Each management teams says they’ll fix the things I’ve been asking for and it never gets done. They’ll come fix one or two things I didn’t even know needed fixing but never what I request. I was supposed to have hardwood put in before moving in, it still hasn’t happened. Dish washer has never worked. Ac and heating needs to be serviced. Front door has been broke. stove has been broke going on 2 years now. plenty of reports. They just keep blaming covid or saying sign up here and we’ll get to you. And never have. There’s been stretched where they say we haven’t paid the correct amount of rent. So they’ll charge us a lump sum and give us 2-3 months to come up with a years worth of back pay. When the new management comes in and I ask bout this they have no record of these lump sums ive had to pay. And ive been told the new management is here because the old one was shady… I feel like they take advantage of us because we don’t complain ALOT, but we pay on time every month Despite never getting anything fixed. I have talked to the people above the management a few times. One time the apt upstairs was leaving toilet water through my ceiling, we reported it for about 3 months it would happen off and on. It wasn’t until i emailed and called the property managers and they made them send someone over was work done on that disgusting leak. They also looked at the other problems I had and said they’d be back in a week to check on everything. Never did. It’s been a year.
