The BEST customer service I have received! They did everything possible to lower my down payment and fixed everything on the car that i asked before drive off!! Paperwork was very minimal. Worst place you could get a car ever. They were so nice at first… But came back 3 days later because when I got the vehicle looked at it and the light was off. When we got the light turned on the check engine came on. I put 1500 down and she took 600 out just for the 3 days. I guess it must be a blessing they did let me switch it over to another vehicle. It would have been the same thing. They were so rude.
Need a new tire got a quote over the phone “$90.00” for a new tire for my 2002 Buick century. When I got there wasn’t $90.00 I don’t know who gave me the $90.00 quote they were wrong. I ended up paying $95.00 for the tire plus tax and all that. They did put it on for me free. Now thinking about it that’s where the $5.00 is putting it on. I don’t know. Lol.
Anyways the place is called paradise tires on McHenry. I asked how much for all 4 new tiers and the quote was $350.00 for 4 new tiers which ain’t bad at all. They were fast and really didn’t say much probably language thing I don’t know but they weren’t rude and they weren’t friendly. They got me in and out within minutes.
