Every other night around 1200 am they don’t accept any card transactions or online orders only cash. When they do charge you they over charge you and can’t provide a receipt when adding up our today it totaled to $25.86 and they charged us $35 when confronting them they gave us money back in a very rude way. It’s very odd that this happens so frequently. Makes it seem like they do this to pocket money . To add to this the McNuggets are old and stale like they are from hours before health department needs to pay a visit .
Waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order. Really it’s my fault for giving this location another chance. They had me waiting behind a car that kept ordering at the first pick up window when they obviously could have let them order at the next pick up window. I should have just given the $8 to the homeless man in the parking lot.
This Big Mac from McDonald’s looks delicious with its fresh lettuce, juicy patties, and soft sesame seed bun. Perfectly prepared, it promises a classic, satisfying taste in every bite.
They are charging an arm and a leg for junk and their starting pay is $20 per hour so you would think at least the attitude and the service would be good, like, you are paying for it, big time. Nope. This is how they roll. You order through the app for takeout. You go in, wait. Wait. Wait more. Finally your feed shows up on a tray. You tell them you ordered it to go. They tell you that you don’t get a bag, unless you pay 10 cents. Next to you another customer asks for a bag, he gets it for free. You don’t get one, the worker starts bullying you saying “I can buy you a bag”. You start collecting your food in your hand, because you refuse to be further scammed by this establishment. Your fries are scattered on the tray, so you are scrambling to get all your food that you paid for while the worker tries to take the tray away with your food still on it.
I really don’t know what to say. Primitive, borderline psychotic behavior. Place is also full of homeless and mentally ill people that are harassing customers for money and the security does nothing about it.
Came on Wednesday about 3pm. The food could have been 4 stars except they didn’t have chicken wraps. The drive thru attendant didn’t give us barbecue sauce with our nuggets and seemed to just want to get ride of us.
