Make sure to check your food. How are you gonna give someone a burger without the meat???!!!! Complete failure, wasting my time
Your busy McDonaldâs, but once again, even though itâs over 100° outside, they barely have any air-conditioning. Why do I have the feeling that theyâre just trying to sell sodas now that they double the price on them almost now? But at least the work was friendly.
This is the best McDonaldâs Iâve found. The food is normally hot and fresh and also quick. I feel like most McDonaldâs in the LA metro Iâve been to are none of those except for this one. Iâve noticed recently customers are parking in the curbside pick up spots which are for ordering in the app and having an employee bring you the food. But these customers arenât in their car. Not sure how that can be policed, but I enjoy not going inside or relying on drive thru, and it is inconvenient as these customers can prevent me from using that service.
Where do I even begin with my experience at McDonaldâs? It was an absolute nightmare from the moment I walked in. Letâs start with the food â it was like someone had taken all the flavor out of it and replaced it with regret. The fries were soggy, the burger was dry, and the soda tasted suspiciously like watered-down syrup.
And donât even get me started on the service. It was as if the employees were competing to see who could provide the worst customer experience. They were slow, rude, and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually taking my order. I practically had to beg for someone to acknowledge my presence.
As for the atmosphere, it was like stepping into a scene from a horror movie. The tables were sticky, the floors were filthy, and there was a strange odor wafting through the air that I can only describe as âeau de despair.â
Overall, my trip to McDonaldâs was a soul-crushing experience that I wouldnât wish upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this culinary abyss.
Ordered my food 10:16am 5/17/24 female employee outside took my order. She was excellent but as soon as I went to the window to pay the cashier there was a different vibe. The male employee SIDEL (I THINK thatâs his name) Hispanic young guy wouldnât speak up, I couldnât understand a single word he was saying. His voice is so low, mumbles. He should be speaking loud at a normal tone to be heard. I could barely hear him & understand him. I payed & I asked the female at other window pick up that the guy back there should speak up because that is awful costumer service. She said she doesnât know his name as I requested it, but I believe itâs KS#13 SIDEL as my receipt said. She also said a lot of people have told her the same thing &that she will bring it up to the Supervisor.
McDonaldâs PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SPEAK PROPERLY &LOUD.
other than that everything is perfectly fine
